e-commerce sites should ask 3 personal questions before even asking for CVV of the credit card to limit credit card misuse.

    Should do this

The onus would be on the credit card companies to collect about 10 questions and answers from a customer while registering. And when any e-commerce site asks for information about a credit card from the cc company it should also send any 3 q’s n a’s of the customer. So the customer using the e-commerce site gets these 3 q’s n only after he answers them, should he be asked to fill in the CVV details. This might limit the mis use of credit cards (online atleast)

PS: No “sucky idea” comments please !!!

    What do you think?

How likely is this to happen?
